He brings 20-years experience in both hotel development and operations: he is the successful developer and owner-operator of Seattle's acclaimed Inn at the Market, a 70-room boutique hotel, and has been involved in development of both the 67-room Bellevue Club Hotel in Bellevue, WA, and the 287-room Benson Hotel in Portland, OR. The Inn at the Market has been the Northwest's market leader in room rate and occupancy for well over a decade, consistently outperforming locally competitive properties and it is ranked as one of the top fifty performing properties nationally. It will again lead the greater Seattle market in rate and occupancy in 2006.
