Since 1984 Doug Pemerl, President of PemReal Corporation, has provided acquisition and financial analysis, financing, development and asset management services targeted at optimizing a project's viability. Projects have included Lincoln Square in Bellevue, WA, which encompasses 310,000 square feet of retail space, 148 condominium units, a 337-room Westin Hotel, and a recently announced 530,000-square-foot office building. Other Puget Sound hotel projects include the 420-room Seattle W Hotel, the 382-room Hyatt Regency Bellevue, the 175-room Hilton Garden Inn at Hyla Crossing in Issaquah and, most recently, the 150-room Four Seasons Seattle Hotel and Residences. Prior to founding PemReal Corporation, Pemerl was a partner in a mortgage banking firm.
